Well after everyone's amazing feedback, my first pattern is available for purchase in my Etsy store!
This pattern is my standard pattern for a 9" chibi human doll - this one is specifically for David Tennant/Castiel but anyone with sewing experience could adapt it to other characters.

Included with the purchase is a pdf of the pattern and a pdf with 18 full color photos to help you step by step!

This is my first pattern, so spread the word in order to help me make this a success :D!

If it's just the pattern, I'd say $8-$10, if you're adding detailed instructions, maybe with photos, I'd say $20-$25.

I was thinking probably 11-12 dollars for it, with all details and 18 photos.
I just finished it tonight, hopefully I'll be posting it in my shop tomorrow.

Have you made patterns before?

Honestly I wouldn't go under $15, especially if you are allowing commercial use from finished products.

No, but I've purchased A LOT, lol. ^__~

Definitely include step-by-step instructions if you decide to sell some of your patterns.

hmmm... I remember scouring for patterns. I'd say between 5- 10? Depending on how complicated?

Yeah I was thinking between 10-12, I took 18 photos and the pattern took me awhile to make to perfection, but I'm hoping it'll be a good tutorial!

I would really love a pattern for the Tennant!
Definite purchase! (Not sure on how much to sell it for, I normally download free patterns. :/ )

I wish I could offer it for free, but I'll probably be putting so much time into it and I see it as a pay it back, people can profit from knowing how I make it while supporting me as an artist :D!

I'd love to buy some of your patterns! A pattern PDF with some simple directions would be great :D
